Delivery Times
All orders on Homerunpet.us are mainly shipped by USPS, UPS. It generally takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch orders from the warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment. If you haven't received your OTN in 5 business days, please contact us at contact@homerunpet.com and we’ll respond as early as possible.
Shipping Limitations
- The product(s) ordered by you, the Customer, will be delivered to the address you provided at the time of your order. We will not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), freight forwarders, warehouses, distribution centers, airports or hotels.
- We cannot ship to a different country than your billing address or the mailing address on your order - which is either your home address or business address.
- We cannot ship to certain regions, including Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.
The following may result in delayed shipping or delivery:
- - Incorrect shipping address;
- - Canceling items, combining orders or changing your shipping address; or
- - Carrier’s failure to deliver (e.g., blockage, civil commotions, riots, mobilization, strikes, lockouts, natural disaster outside human control - severe weather, plague or other epidemics, tornado, storm, hurricane - or any other cause beyond the seller's or carrier's control.)
- - Customs clearance procedures.
