The capacity is 0.4L, which can hold 200g of food(vary among different kinds of food particles)

one portion is around 20ml≈10g, and 20 portions can be made for one meal. 8 meals in total can be done one day.
5. How often should we change the desiccant?
It is advised to change it every month, and Homerunpet App will show a notification it is time to change the desiccant.
6. Can I use other kinds of Desiccant?
Yes, you can do it. Make sure the desiccant for food preservation purpose.
7. How is the dampproof and preservation?
Homerunpet Smart Feeder is designed to have 3 layers of sealing rubber. There is a built-in vanity under the top lid where the desiccant kept to ensure the freshness of food
8. Is it easy to clean?
The feeder is easily disassembled and any corners food will be can be cleaned well. Meanwhile, it is also very easy to put all parts back together
9. How long can the batteries be working?
The battery must be model LR20 ( it can last long time, around six months) The feeder can run for six months in battery-powered mode. If it is not in working mode, the feeder will switch to dormant mode. The feeder is working when connecting with the power cord, the batteries can be installed for backup in order to avoid a blackout.
10. Does the feeder support a 5G network?
The App is only supporting WiFi 2.4G.
11. Can we turn off the LED indicator on the Smart Feeder?
The LED indicator can be turned off under Night Mode set from the App.
12. Can the Feeder detect if there is any food clogging issue when feeding?
1. Yes it does. also there is a notification about this via the Homerunpet App 2. Open the App-advanced settings-allow blocking sensor. 3. Supporting different kinds of pet food and the particles of diameter are less than 12mm is recommended
13. When the food is running out, will there be any kinds of reminders?
Yes, The feeder is designed to have infrared detection inside the food tank; Once there is a food shortage, the indicator will blink in Red, and also a notification via the Homerunpet App.
This will be triggered when food is less than 80 grams.
14. What is your warranty policy?
Homerunpet offers at least one-year warranty for all Homerunpet products. You can register and extend the warranty (up to 18-month) through the warranty card in the package.
15. The Feeder is not delivering food via the feeding plan, and LED light is blinking in yellow color.
This problem could be caused by the WiFi connecxtion and it can be resolved by connecting to your hotspot. 1. Close the Router in your room 2. Open your cell phone and change the name of hotspot to the name of WiFi in your room. 3. Turn off the Feeder and restart, The Feeder will connect to your hotspot to sync the feeding plan automatically.
